(1) The default reservation page is for check-in on May 18 and check-out on May 22, and you may be able to adjust according to desired dates during the booking process. However, if date modification is not successful, one solution is to complete the reservation with the defaults dates and modify check-in and check-out dates via the “Modify Reservation” box button in the reservation confirmation email you receive. Or call the 518 # below and request to modify the dates.

(2) You can call the Desmond Hotel at 518-869-8100 to make a reservation and use code IEEE MDTS Meeting group for the $150 per night discount rate.
